Shipping & Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Ship & Track shipping takes an average of 10 to 14 working days, but a package can be delayed or accelerated depending on customs procedures in your country, weather conditions, holidays, etc. Ship & Track includes a tracking number, ensuring a safer method of shipping items to you. We recommend choosing this shipping method to avoid the possibility of a lost package, especially if you are shipping outside of Europe. As with all shipping methods, after the package is sent, we are not responsible if the item is lost due to theft, improper address, change of address or incomplete address. No matter how quickly we dispatch your order, we have no control over the time it takes for your item to reach you. These are the maximum shipping times for orders placed with Standard Shipping or Ship & Track –
Countries Outside Europe: up to 4-6 weeks
European Countries: up to 4 weeks
If you have not received your package and only after this period has passed, send us an email at email@example.com.Express Shipping is the best fastest option for shipping if you want your order to arrive as soon as possible. The express shipping includes tracking. DHL takes an average of 2-3 days to reach you, varying slightly depending on which country you are shipping to. This option comes with tracking. As with all shipping methods, after the package is sent, we are not responsible if the item is lost due to theft, improper address, change of address or incomplete address. If you package has not arrived, please check with your local post office or delivery company.
If you are ordering an outfit for a special event (festival, workshop, etc.) it is your sole responsibility to plan accordingly and order the most efficient shipping option. We are not responsible if you do not receive your items on time for the event and will not accept refunds based on this claim.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return. To return your items you must first contact our customer support services at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain your reasons for returning the items. We will not accept any returns sent without contacting our customer support services first. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where returns are not granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Any item that is returned without contacting our customer services first.
- Any item that was ordered as a custom size or was custom made for the specific customer on their request.
- Any item ordered for a special event which did not arrive on time due to customer not choosing the most efficient shipping option, or any item ordered solely for the purpose to be worn on a special event and then returned.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We will not refund an order until we receive the returned items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and funds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: email@example.com.
– We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your exchanged item. If the faulty items are sent by our mistake we will pay for your return shipping costs.
